Patient Check In Registry
The screen below is available to the office staff on any computer in the office so that all personnel including administrative staff, medical assistants, nurses and doctors are aware of which patients have checked in, the time checked in and what they are in for. The staff can acknowledge that the patient has checked in on the registry. When the patient completes the visit the staff will check out the patient which will time stamp the exit time. The system will calculate and store the total time for the patient visit. This data may be printed on a report for analysis to identify times spent by patients during their visits and implement applicable patient service improvements.
